We supply Ferrous and Non-ferrous castings made at fully-automated/ semi-automated foundries located in India. The parts are manufactured as per the specification of our customers. We meet International standards such as ASTM, AISI, BS, DIN and JIS by monitoring every step of the manufacturing process. Our qualified sub contractor foundries have the capacity to develop parts weighing from 0.500 KG to 800 KG as a single piece.

Investment Castings

We have well defined and qualified sub contractors with fully equipped machine shop is geared to develop parts of exceptional dimensional accuracy. Their state-of-the-art machining shops are installed with branded CNC machines like Vertical Turning Centre, Horizontal Machining Centre, Vertical Machining Centre, Horizontal Machining Centre, Turn Mill Centre, Grinding Machines and various other Conventional Machines.

Our testing and inspection facilities are well equipped to help us manufacture high quality precision components for various industries. All our machined components are measured using CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), Profile Projectors, Surface Roughness Testers as required.

The primary advantage of forging technology is the material savings achieved through precision shapes that need only minimal finishing. We have the necessary expertise in developing customized hot & cold forging parts.
